Everything you need for everyday life is close at hand at Zuccoli Aspire — with more arriving all the time. As Palmerston's largest master-planned community and one of the fastest-growing neighbourhoods in the Northern Territory, Aspire is designed so that schools, parks, shops and open space are part of the neighbourhood, not a drive away.
Aspire is built around the outdoors. Throughout the estate you'll find:
Aspire is one of the few new communities with two primary schools inside the estate. The Northern Territory Government's Zuccoli Primary School (Peaflower Street) and Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School (Ginger Street) sit side by side and share purpose-built facilities, including a science lab, music and drama studios, a multipurpose hall, a canteen, outside-school-hours care and an AFL-sized oval.
Two childcare centres serve the community, including Creative Kids Childcare on Bloodwood Street — so early learning is covered close to home.
Day-to-day shopping is covered with retail and grocery close at hand, and a family bistro is coming soon. At its heart, Aspire's growing town centre is planned as the civic hub of the neighbourhood, bringing together a supermarket, retail, dining and a town park where residents can shop, eat, browse the markets or simply relax on the green.
Aspire connects easily to everything Palmerston offers. Central Palmerston — with its cafes, restaurants, pubs, cinema and aquatic centre — is a short drive away, while Palmerston Regional Hospital and Gateway Shopping Centre are around five kilometres up the road. Launch the boat at the Elizabeth River boat ramp minutes away, tee off at the Palmerston Golf and Country Club, or explore the Palmerston markets. The Stuart Highway and local bus routes are right on the doorstep, with Darwin around 25 km away.
At full build across 12 stages, Zuccoli Aspire will be home to around 1,500 homes and 5,000 residents — a genuine, established owner-occupier community.
